Subject: Transit and Boarding Pass Information – Kuwait Airport
Dear Sir/Madam,
On August 14th, I will be flying from Amsterdam to Abu Dhabi, where I will have a 2-hour transit before continuing on to Kuwait. I will arrive in Kuwait on August 15th at 09:10 in the morning.
At Kuwait Airport, I only need to drop off my children at passport control, where they will be picked up. I am planning to take a return flight with Air Arabia on the same day, August 15th, which is scheduled to depart at 10:25 to Abu Dhabi.
I would like to book this flight; however, I have heard that in Kuwait it is mandatory to pass through passport control in order to obtain a boarding pass, as Kuwait is reportedly the only country in the world that does not issue boarding passes without going to the check-in counter.
Additionally, I have also heard that it might be possible to obtain the boarding pass for the Air Arabia flight during my transit in Abu Dhabi by visiting one of your counters.
Could you kindly clarify how I can board the 10:25 flight from Kuwait to Abu Dhabi without exiting the airport or passing through immigration in Kuwait? I would like to remain within the transit zone if possible.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Kind regards,
Shewan
