Kuwait eVisa Application Process
The steps below explain how to complete and submit a Kuwait eVisa application online. Applicants will be asked to provide information and upload the documents required for their application.
1Registration
Begin the application by providing the requested details, including your contact information, intended date of arrival, and nationality. After completing the CAPTCHA verification, select Register to proceed.
2Complete the Main Application Form
The main application form will begin by requesting the applicant to select their nationality. The nationality selected determines how the application form proceeds.
Nationality-Based Application Path
Kuwait places eligible nationalities into 2 categories:
Category 1: Nationalities Eligible with Standard Documents
If the applicant's selected nationality falls under Category 1, they can continue completing the application form by providing the required general, passport, travel, accommodation, host, and occupation details.
Category 2: Nationalities Eligible with an Additional Supporting Document
If the applicant’s selected nationality falls under Category 2, a Type of Supporting Document field will appear. To continue with the application, the applicants must choose whether they are applying using a
- GCC Residence Permit, OR
- A US, UK, or Schengen tourist visa OR
- A US, UK, or Schengen Residence Permit
3Add Applicant
The primary applicant can add multiple travellers under one application using the ‘Add Applicant’ option. This option makes it easier to manage group applications by keeping all travellers under one application process.
4Choosing Processing Time
Choose a processing speed that delivers the eVisa before your travel date.
The fee charged for the Kuwait eVisa varies depending on the selected processing option.
5Submit & Preview OR Save & Exit
Select ‘Save & Exit’ to save the progress and continue the application using the generated temporary order ID through the Complete ongoing Kuwait eVisa application feature.
Select ‘Submit & Preview’ to check the submitted details. Correct any errors before moving forward to upload documents.
6Upload all the Required Documents
The document upload section will display the documents required for the selected application path.
Nationalities Eligible with Standard Documents
The standard document upload requirements will be displayed.
Nationalities Eligible with an Additional Supporting Document
An additional Copy of the supporting document upload field will appear in the document upload section. The supporting document selected earlier in the application form must be uploaded here.
Once the documents are uploaded, the applicant has to click on ‘Save & Continue’ to proceed with the application.
7Pay Application Processing Fee
Fee payment is necessary to begin application processing.
Before proceeding with the payment, make sure the displayed fee is correct for the processing option you selected earlier.
The fee can be paid using a credit or debit card or through other displayed payment options.
